屈趾长肌腱转位术治疗锤状趾
Overview（概述）
Thisprocedureisusedtorerouteatendonfrombeneathaflexiblehammertoetoanewpathalongthetopofthetoe.Insteadofpullingthetoeintoabend,thetendonbe 这个手术将可活动的锤状趾下面的肌腱改道移位于脚趾上面。使肌腱成为帮助拉直脚趾的矫正力，而不是屈曲脚趾。
Preparation（准备）
Afteranesthesiaisadministered,thepatientispositionedandthefootiscleansedandsterilized.ThesurgeonmakestwoincisionsonthebottomofthetoetoaccessandreleasetheFDLtendon(oneofthetwotendonsthatrunsbeneaththetoe).Athirdincisionismadealongthetopofthetoe.
施行麻醉后，将患者摆妥体位，清洁消毒患足。外科医生在脚趾的底部做两个切口，显露并松解FDL肌腱（走行于脚趾下面的两个肌腱之一）。然后沿着脚趾的上面作第三个切口。
DetachingtheTendon（分离肌腱）
Thesurgeonreachesbeneaththebonesofthetoeanddetachestheflexordigitorumlongustendon.Thisalleviatestheconstantpullingforcethathasbeendrawingthetoeintoitsbentshape,allowingthetoetorelax.
外科医生显露脚趾的骨头下方，并将屈趾长肌腱分离。这解除了将脚趾拉成弯曲形状的持续拉力，使脚趾放松。
ReroutingtheTendon（肌腱改道）
Thetendonisdividedintotwostrands.Thestrandsarepulledupalongeithersideofthetoeandtheendsarebroughttogetheronthetopofthebone.Thesurgeonusessuturestoreconnecttheendsofthetendonandanchoritinplace.Thetendonwillnowprovideadownwardforcetopreventthetoefromcurling.
将肌腱分为两股，分别沿着脚趾的两侧拉起，在骨头上将其末端汇集在一起。外科医生使用缝线重新连接肌腱的末端并将其锚固。这样肌腱能提供一个向下的力量来防止脚趾屈曲。
EndofProcedureandAftercare（手术结束和术后护理）
Theincisionisclosedandbandaged.Mostpatientscanwalkaftersurgerywithouttheaidofacrutchorwalker.Typically,patientswearabandageorsplintfortwotofourweeksaftersurgery.Recoveryusuallytakesabouteightweeks.
关闭切口并包扎。术后大多数患者可以行走，而不需要拐杖或助行者的辅助。通常情况下，患足在手术后2到4周内需要用绷带或夹板固定。恢复通常需要大约八个星期。
